I am an Enterprise Sales Rep for Syscom Technologies, an information technology VAR in the Southeast. I have been in technology sales for the past 15 years. Over that time I have learned a few things by making nearly every mistake in the book. Most of those mistakes were caused by losing sight of why people make purchasing decisions.
