B O U L E V A R D is the photoblog of Rolf Kaul. I live in Duisburg at the edge of the Ruhr district in Germany. I was born in 1951 and am an economist by occupation and Free Lance Photographer. BOULEVARD started in September 2005 and shows new pictures on a daily basis.
Mission:
Immer auf der Suche nach dem besonderen Blickwinkel, versuche ich dem Alltag tolle Motive zu entlocken, das Unbekannte für die Kamera zu entdecken und mit meinen Aufnahmen am Puls der Zeit zu sein. Daraus Bilder von zeitloser Gültigkeit zu machen, bedarf einer besonderen Balance zwischen Emotion und Komposition. Wenn Fotografie nicht den Abglanz der Realität zeigt, sondern deren Essenz, wird sie immun gegen den Wandel der Zeit.
Always looking for that special angle, I am trying to find great subjects in everyday life and dive into the yet unknown and popular. To build pictures of timeless quality requires a special balance of emotion and composition. If photography does not only show reflections of reality but its essence, it is immune to changing times.

Tegernsee-Moments ist ein Fotoblog von Rolf Kaul. Immer auf der Suche nach dem besonderen Blickwinkel, versuche ich den Charme des Tegernseer Tales zu zeigen und dem Alltag, den Festen, der Tradition und der Kultur einzigartige Motive zu entlocken.
