I'm an obsessive gardener who attempts to grow over 90 rose bushes (at least that was the last count) along with daylilies and other heat-loving perennials. When I started gardening over twenty years ago, I began with three rose bushes: 'Double Delight,' 'Tiffany' and 'Queen Elizabeth' that I bought at the local discount store. Two were hybrid teas, and the other a grandiflora. I built a small raised bed for them and lavished them with food and chemicals. They were beautiful, and I was hooked.
