The PaYne band, formerly known as Up Front, was formed down on the farm in Fallston, North Carolina by Micky Smith, Joe Mall and Rick Mowery. Anyone who knows PaYne will agree that, since the beginning of the concept band Up Front, there has always been an unmistakable chemistry in the band and their music. This contagious positive energy lives on only to be channeled into creation. PaYne's up coming debut CD 'Good to the Universe', will unleash the insanity that first powered Up Front.
