It's basically all about Tali. See she really wants to be despot dictator but must settle for spewing forth her views on the world in the internet sphere...for now. Until she conquers a country or something. Some may call this kind of behaviour a messiah complex. Or narcisism. Or psychosis. But whatever. At least she honest. At least one of her many personalities is.. she thinks. Or does she?
