This is my story, my struggle. Look at me here I am naked; nothing to hide. I will not hide anymore. I will not hide myself, my feelings, and my story, how I look, what I feel. This is me, and I chose this path, where you face the truth, the naked truth. It can be depressing, sad, and lonely, but nothing is lonelier than being fat and embarrassed, ashamed of yourself. My sin - I lost myself. I let life happen. I want to again regain control of my health, my body. This is a new beginning. You can certainly share your thoughts, feelings ideas, and struggles.
