As a Catholic and Alcoholics Anonymous member, I hope to provide another small light in the darkness. My catholic blog includes reflections and thoughts on my faith and how this faith plays out personally, politically and socially.
I converted to the Catholic Faith some 25 years ago. From the very good adviser of my confessor I began to attend Alcoholics Anonymous.
The impetus for my conversion was a Philosophy Instructor who was an ex-priest and my later study of philosophy and theology.
My understanding of my religion and my spiritual life arises from my experience as an self-described hedonistic previous to my conversion, my experiences in my converted life and my studies, readings, meditations, daily devotions and mass attendance.
