For a long time, home sellers thought they needed realtors to put up signs, make brochures, determine asking prices and hold open houses and other stuff. In exchange for these services, sellers would hand over a big chunk of the sale. But in today’s competitive selling market, homeowners should know that they can do it all themselves—and save a lot of money!
If I had sold my properties through realtors, the profit margin would have been extremely different. That’s why I’m a big believer in the FSBO way. And that’s why I’ve started this blog.
