What's a Dicta Blog? Obiter dictum [ob-i-ter dik - tum]; n. An incidental remark or observation; a passing comment or opinion, Blog [blŏg]; n. a personal chronological log of thoughts published on a Web page, Dicta Blog [dik - tuh blŏg]; n. a collection of candid observations about arbitrary issues, non-binding. In other words: random thoughts about whatever’s on my snarky little mind.
