Find out what's cooking in my St. John's , Newfoundland kitchen. I've spent many years developing and adapting recipes and here you will find some traditional favorites as well as my own adaptations of recipes to add a Newfoundland twist. Others are just great recipes, no matter where they came from but they have all made repeated appearances in my Newfoundland kitchen.
I have gotten into the habit of photographing the completed recipes and will continue to do so as I add to this blog.
